About me
Annemarie Decking – Treasury Interim & Project Manager
I’m a Switzerland based self-employed Treasury Interim & Project Manager and Managing Partner of AD Interim Treasury GmbH. As qualified banking professional and master of business administration I worked for more than 20 years in corporate treasury of industrial companies before I became self-employed in 2018.
From 2016 until 2018 I was Head of Group Treasury at Kuoni Group in Zurich, which was taken over by the private equity company EQT, and after Kuoni was separated I was Head of Group Treasury at the separated GTA Group. My main task in this function beside the responsibility for the group wide treasury operations was the steering of a high leverage financing as well as the adaption of cash forecast and cash management to this high leverage environment. After the decision was taken to separate the Group into three standalone companies, I was as well responsible for the separation of the treasury function into three new stand-alone set ups.
From 2011 until 2016 I was Head of Group Treasury and Corporate Finance at Dräger Group in Lübeck. During this time I optimized processes and structures in treasury and changed the existing treasury IT landscape completely to SAP treasury with a Swift for Corporates connection for payments through SAP BCM. Prior to that I was a Senior Manager at Accenture for 2 years. I worked in Management Consulting and advised industrial companies concerning treasury subjects and was head of treasury projects.
From 2000 until 2009 I was Head of Group Treasury and Corporate Finance at Jungheinrich Group in Hamburg. There I particularly implemented increases in efficiency and cost reductions in treasury processes, optimized the FX exposure steering for the group, was responsible for the commercial steering of a production joint venture in China and headed M&A projects. Prior to that I was for a year Deputy Head of Group Treasury at Jungheinrich and was project lead for the implementation of SAP Treasury.
From 1995 until 1998 I was working in the treasury departments of Jungheinrich AG and Axel Springer Verlag AG. In 1997 I gained first SAP experiences as a project team member at a SAP Treasury implementation at Axel Springer Verlag AG.
